Just performed a Factory Reboot now nothing wants to work?

Its driving me nuts. My laptop just went thrugh a infinite loop with system repair so the dell guy had me reboot the whole thing from factory settings, I got my internet working and installed the drivers. I can get on the internet fine and stuff but NOTHING will install. I tried itunes and it starts the countdown before downloading but then it says that its unsafe and delete thats all. I cant do nothing else. I tried downloading something from microsofts own site and it wont pop up either. It just finds everything unsafe or says cant install. As well CDs wont pop up. I have a CD that came with my dell laptop that has a security antivirus thing that I wanted to install and I put it in annnnd nothing. I hear it spinning in there but nothing will pop up. I changed my auto run settings to just run anything and still nothing happens. I went through so much when I had to do the factory reboot and loss all my data, and now my laptop still wants to act stupid. I feel like ripping my hair out or just giving up. Im so exhausted with these problems, please help Just tried firefox, it downloaded but itunes and stuff wont download from it either

Does anyone view life like I do?

I've just recently began to see life in a way that I never have before. My new views on life do not consist of a past and future - only a present. It's kind of hard to explain. I'm not trying to rid myself of memories that I have, because many of those are special to me. And you can't just wipe your memory slate clean anyways. Here's an example: let's say you go to a big high school, graduate, go on to college, then carry out your life. Before you die, you decide to revisit your high school and you go into a classroom that had some importance to you on your high school career. Sure, it may look different, but you are in the same exact place that you were learning in so many years ago. It's the same place, only remodeled. You were there, and it is still there. Even a thousand years from now when you and that high school are both long gone, the space in the universe where that classroom was is still there and always will be. Stuff just happens and the present is the only real faction of time - however, we as humans have the ability to capture and save moments of that present until the day that our brains stop working. Also, I'm beginning to realize that this world has many great questions and mysteries, such as "Why am I me and not somebody else?", "What happens to me after I die?", and "What is my purpose here?". I believe that religion is false and that there are other planes of existence. To me, people are simply a fraction of an infinite number of spiritual beings in the universe collectively located on our humanistic plane. @Chris, Okay then, how do you see life? I need a HINT for pell equation?

Well im trying to solve pell equation of the form x^2 – 2y^2 = 1 I facotrised it, and have derived it, to (x–y√2) (x+y√2) = 1 Now im trying to solve it. I need a hint of how the solution come. I know there are an infinite amount of solutions, but i need a hint that says for example that all solutions are multiples of say 3, or even if they derive from a fundamental solution like Pythagorean triples.
