How much of a car loan should I get?

I make 1,940 a month take home 1,600 I currently have a 8,000 dollar car loan at 180$ a month which I pay with no problem. My fiance pays our mortgage and my bills are less than 500$including my credit card I want to upgrade to a scion tc. how much should I spend? any advice would be awesome! I have a 2009 scion tc I am 21 years old Live around boston, MA 1.Where can i go to shop for car insurance? I had metlife, completely disatisfied with them. 2. My insurance went up even though i was not at fault. Do all insurance companies in MA do this? NOTE: Please don't give me answers about other states (Only MA!) Please remember, Not at fault! Also I didn't have a problem with Metlife, in fact i still have them but I am looking to switch to another insurance company.

It's difficult for me to get a quote online because the FRS isn't registered with any insurance companies yet.

Hi Everybody, So I'm going to be buying a car in the near future and I narrowed my list down to these final contenders. 2013 Hyundai Gensis Coupe 2013 Subaru BRZ/Scion FRS 2008-2012 Infiniti G37 Coupe/Sedan 2005-2012 Mazda MX-5 I would greatly appreciate it if you guys driven or owned of any of these vehicles and can tell me about their reliability, handling, performance, and cost of ownership. Also how would you rate their automatic transmissions. I'm a 21 year old Full Time College student and my budget is around $20k-$30k. This car will be in a city environment and so I will need an automatic transmission to deal with it. I want something that is Around 200 hp or more, has to be RWD, and gets between 20-30mpg. I'm not considering any BMW or Mercedes due to their high Cost of Ownership and reliability issues. Yes, I'm now also throwing in the 2013 Ford Mustang into this list. Mildy refreshed looks with engines equal to the Infiniti G but with better mpg and and named Consumer Reports 2012 Top Picks Sporty Car.

Well im 18 & My parents bought my car a 2012 Scion Tc, pay my phone bill, bought me a 50 inch plasma screen, I have 2 closets with at least 100 shirts each every shirt either Ralph lauren,express,obey, or diamond co. I have at least 60 pairs of shoes either jordan,nike,coach,ralph lauren,adidas,converse & vans. Do i seem spoiled? I hate when ppl come to my house & assume im a spoiled brat that gets mommy & daddy to buy me everything. I have a 2006 scion xb with 218k miles on it. I have had the check engine light on for a couple of years now and it says there is a problem with the catalyst. It was off and on for a while which is how it passed emissions. Now it stays on all the time. Is there any way to tell if it's just a bad sensor or the whole thing?
